Strosgirl's Blog Designs Review and Giveaway!

So, I'm sure that you have all noticed that Newly Wed, Newly Bred recently received a face lift. And we aren't talking some tiny little nip'n'tuck procedure. We are talking MAMMOTH changes. Think, Ashlee Simpson's nose. Nicole Kidman's never aging face. Not so much Tara Reid, cause she received a hack job.

This fabulous blog design and layout was courtesy of Angie, over at Strosgirl's Blog Designs! Angie is a super sweetie, and it's been great working with her. She actually works full time with high school kids as a sports trainer. Angie was really great to work with, and really understood the vision I wanted for my blog. I do want to give a shout out to Holly, over at Domestic Dork, because she designed my blog image (red headed Mom with the baby in the stroller) for me, when Angie and I couldn't find exactly what I had in mind. Holly is awesome! When she came up with the image, Angie was more than happy to use it, and build the rest of my layout around it!

I don't know if any of you have ever looked into having a blog re-designed. Not only can it be really costly, but it can be overwhelming, and sometimes you can end up with a design that look pretty similar to what somebody else has. Angie goes above and beyond to make sure that doesn't happen! When you first start the design process, she has a form you fill out, which gives her an idea of what you are looking for and which direction to go. Angie is a girl after my own heart, and is a perfectionist, and really goes out of her way to make sure everything is exactly as you envision it.

Strosgirl's Blog Designs has all kinds of different packages, depending on what you are looking for, and even a la carte items! She even designed my Twitter page to match my blog design! She was always in contact with me to let me know what was going on, and what she needed from me. Even when she had some health concerns, she always let me know what was going on, and if/why there would be a delay, which is great! You should check out her profile, she has done some truly great work. Angie is ALWAYS happy to tweak something for you. My blog has been done for several months now, and just this weekend, she offered to add in the social networking links you will now find oh so neatly inserted at the end of each post! When I asked if I could have the font changed to something a bit different, she did it in no time!

I couldn't be happier with my design. I feel it really reflects "Megan". She really listened to what I wanted, and it turned out incredibly. I have had TONS of compliments on it!
